Give access to a Google Business Profile
Before you start
You need to be an owner of the profile. Managers cannot add anybody.
- Open your Business Profile at business.google.com.
- Click More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access.
- Click Add, top left.
- Enter the email address.
- Under Access choose Manager, then click Invite.
Worth knowing
Manager is the one to give. A manager can do very nearly everything an owner can — edit the profile, answer reviews, post, change photos — and cannot add or remove people or delete the profile, which is exactly the line you want.
