A name, an address, and someone who answers
Who you are actually dealing with.
This was built by Kevin Mackay, who runs three small businesses and could never get round to posting for any of them. The first version did the posting for Vortex PCs. It worked, so it got pointed at the rest.
Before this it was fifteen years of building PCs and repairing them. Then three businesses all wanting attention at once, and not one of them getting the posting it needed — which is a thing you can see plainly and still never get round to. So it got built rather than put off again. Sociant opened to other businesses in September 2026, after doing the job here first.
It is for a small business with more to do than hours to do it in — one person, or a few, who know the posting matters and keep not getting to it. It is not built for agencies running accounts on behalf of other people: it will hold more than one business, but the price and the shape of it assume those businesses are yours. And it is not for anybody who wants posts going out without being read first, because that is the one thing it will not do.
Six things that will not change
Open one to see what it costs to keep.
Every post and every reply waits for a yes, and the switches that change that are yours, per account, turned off by default. Pausing is one tap from any screen, including a phone in a van.
What that costs: A tool that posted on its own would demo better and sell faster. People who want that leave, and that is the right trade.
The integrations page lists, platform by platform, what each one refuses to allow — no comments on Google, no messages on LinkedIn, no personal accounts anywhere.
What that costs: Those pages lose sales. Somebody reads that Google will not let anyone answer reviews through a tool and decides against it. Better that than a refund in week two.
How many people got in touch, and what each one cost. No reach, no impressions, no engagement rate — they rise whether or not a single person walks through your door.
What that costs: Vanity numbers make a product look like it is working. Without them, a quiet month looks quiet, and some people cancel in month two instead of month six.
Export every post, picture, thread and fact it learned, whenever you like — including after you stop paying. No format nobody else can open, no fee to get your own work out.
What that costs: Leaving stays easy, so nobody is here because getting out was too much hassle.
The plans are built from what the pictures and the writing actually cost, plus a margin that keeps the lights on. That is why picture allowances are numbers rather than the word unlimited.
What that costs: Unlimited sells better than 200 a month. It also quietly funds itself by hoping you never use it, which is a worse deal than it looks.
When something goes wrong that touches your accounts or your information, you get told what happened and what it reached as soon as it is known — not when the investigation is tidy.
What that costs: Telling people early means telling them while it still looks bad. The alternative is them finding out from somebody else, which is worse for everyone.
There is no call centre
Email reaches the person who built it, and nobody else. Expect a reply the same working day, and a real answer rather than a ticket number.
It is used here first
Every change lands on No Fear Tech Ltd's own businesses before it reaches yours. If a week of posts comes out badly, it is our customers who see it first.
No investors to keep happy
Nobody put money into this who needs it back out, so nothing here has to grow at somebody else's pace. What you get from that is a price that stays where it is, and a product that is not being steered towards whatever sells next.
