Read this before you pay, not after
What it can actually do on each account.
Every row is what the platform itself allows a tool like this to do — not what would be handy. Where a platform says no, it says no here too.
What matters to you?
Facebook Page
Before you can connect it
A Facebook Page — not your personal profile — and you signed in as someone with admin rights on it.
What it will do there
Write and publish posts with pictures, put them on a schedule, read and answer comments, read and answer Messenger messages, and see how each post did.
What it cannot
Post to your personal profile. Facebook allows no tool to do that, this one included.
Limits worth knowing
A message has to be answered within 24 hours of the person sending it, and they have to write first — Facebook’s rule, not ours, and worth knowing if you only look at the weekend. Connecting a Page also runs through Meta’s own app review and business verification. That is on us to hold, but it is why a brand-new connection is not instant.
If the connection drops
Facebook expires access every so often. The post waits, you get told which one and why, and signing in again takes seconds. Nothing can be scheduled more than 30 days ahead there, or less than ten minutes.
Written for you, posted by you
Six more get the same week as everything else — written in your voice, cut to the shape each one reads best in, with a picture where one helps. Nothing is sent to any of them. You copy what you want and paste it in, which takes about as long as reading it.
X
- What you get
- A post written to the length X gives you, and a picture where the post is better for having one.
- What you do
- Copy it, paste it into X, post it.
Pinterest
- What you get
- A Pin — the picture, a title and a description, written as one thing rather than three.
- What you do
- Upload the picture, paste the title and the description under it.
Nextdoor
- What you get
- The same post, cut down to the length a neighbourhood reads, and without the wording that makes a local post feel like an advert.
- What you do
- Paste it into a post on your business page.
Apple Business Connect
- What you get
- A Showcase for your place on Apple Maps — a headline, a short piece of text and a picture, sized to the panel it sits in.
- What you do
- Paste the three parts into a new Showcase, and pick where the button goes.
YouTube
- What you get
- Titles and descriptions for videos you have already made, and a Community post to go with one. It does not make the video.
- What you do
- Paste the title and description onto the video, or the post into Community.
Reddit
- What you get
- A post written the way Reddit reads — a question or something useful rather than an announcement, which is the difference between a reply and a downvote.
- What you do
- Pick where it goes, read that place’s rules on businesses posting, and put it up yourself.
Nothing is connected to these, so no numbers come back from them. What you have said yes to sits with the rest of the week rather than somewhere you have to go and find.
Not part of this at all
TikTok wants a video. This writes words and makes still pictures, and no amount of either adds up to one — so if TikTok is where your customers are, this will not do the job for you. Better to know now than a month in.

Personal accounts are out, everywhere
No tool can post to a personal Facebook profile, a personal Instagram account or your own LinkedIn profile — the platforms do not allow it. You need a Page, a Business or Creator account, or a company Page. Switching an Instagram account over takes about a minute in its settings.
You can cut it off at any time
Disconnect from here, or from the platform's own settings. Anything already scheduled stops, your posts and pictures stay yours, and nothing is posted afterwards.
