Get the right access to a Facebook Page
Before you start
You need Facebook access with full control of the Page. Anything less and you can post as the Page yourself but cannot let anything else do it.
- Switch into your Page — you cannot manage access from your own profile.
- Click Manage, then Page Access.
- Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New.
- Choose whether to give full control or partial control. Full control can do everything you can, including removing you.
Worth knowing
A Page has to keep at least one person with full control. If the last one goes, Facebook deactivates the Page and schedules it for deletion — so never remove your own access before somebody else has it.
