It got my business wrong. Now what?
Rewrite the summary and everything written afterwards follows it. Posts already approved stay as they are.
Open the summary it wrote about you and change the part that is wrong. You can rewrite as much of it as you like, in your own words — it is not a form with fields, and you are not correcting it for its benefit.
Everything written after that follows the new version. You do not have to explain what changed, repeat yourself, or go through the posts one at a time.
Posts you have already said yes to stay exactly as they are. They are scheduled, and you approved them as written, so nothing rewrites them behind you. If one of those is now wrong, change it on This week before it goes out, or take it off the day.
If the same wrong thing keeps coming back — a service you stopped offering, a name you no longer trade under — put the subject on the never-post list instead of correcting it every time. That holds across every business you run.
